The new plant in Usmate Velate (MB) has been operational since June 2024. 12,000m2 designed from a 4.0 perspective. and in completely new spaces equipped with facilities fully compliant with current Environmental and Industrial Regulations. Among the new plants installed is the new belt line furnace capable of performing hardening (classes 8.8/10.9/12.9/14.9), carbonitriding and carbocementation, with pre-washing station and integrated dephosphating system, for an annual production capacity of 3,450 Tn/year. The new static heat treatment furnaces, one of which is due at the end of 2024, are instead capable of performing quenching (classes 8.8/10.9/12.9/14.9), carbonitriding, carbocementation, tempering, annealing and sintering even on parts of considerable size and length, for an annual production capacity of 2,400 Tn/year. Thanks to a doubled production capacity and modern facilities, CITT is now able to offer a wider, timelier and high quality range of services and treatments.
